1. Ordering Policy
- All orders must be placed at least 1 full business day in advance.
- Orders can be placed through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or email.
- Customers must provide accurate delivery details, including a contact person.
- Special requests or dietary restrictions must be noted at the time of ordering.
- At times, if an item is unavailable, we will attempt to contact the customer for a replacement. If there is no response, we will replace the item with a similar item.Â
- Seasonal produce is subject to availability and might be replaced with similar items.Â
2. Payment Policy
- We accept payments via credit/debit card, cash, or check.Â
- Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation.
- All transactions are final, and no refunds will be issued once an order is placed except in special circumstances (see Refund Policy below).
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Due to the nature of our fresh food service, refunds are generally not issued once an order is placed unless under special circumstances.
- In those situations, please notify us 24 hours before the delivery date for a refund. Â Cancellations after the cutoff time may be subject to a [percentage] cancellation fee, or a credit might be issued.Â
4. Delivery & Pickup Policy
- Our delivery is white-glove service and includes paper goods and complete setup.
- Delivery times are estimated and may be subject to traffic and weather conditions.
- Customers opting for pickup must arrive within the designated pickup time.
- Customers are advised to allow approximately 45 minutes leeway in the delivery time, given traffic conditions
5. Food Safety & Quality Assurance
- Our food is prepared fresh daily in a certified kitchen.
- Allergen information is available upon request.Â
- We are not responsible for food once it has been delivered and accepted by the customer.
6. Liability Disclaimer
- While we take precautions and do our best to label foods, our kitchen uses nuts, dairy, and other allergens.
- Customers are responsible for storing and consuming food safely within the recommended timeframes.
7. Privacy Policy
- We do not share customer information with third parties.
- Personal data is used solely for processing and delivering orders.
