What’s the Hechsher?

Our kosher certification is from the Tartikov Bais Din under Harav Shmuel Teitelbaum. Our lettuce is from the Positiv company, and the broccoli is from B’gan.

Where are you located?

We have two large kitchens — one in Brooklyn and the other in Lakewood — to serve you locally. Our facilities are squeaky clean and inspected regularly for compliance with the highest standards of Kashrus and cleanliness.

Do you have a showroom where you can view your platters?

Nope, but our photos and descriptions online are pretty straightforward and accurate. Our customer service team is also terrific at helping you create a fabulous spread that will work well for your event.

How far in advance do I need to confirm an order?

The recommended heads-up is 2 days in advance. However, we are often able to come through for our customers on short notice, so give us a call — it’s certainly worth a try!

Is there a minimum for deliveries?

Actually, no. All our deliveries include white-glove setups due to their delicate and artsy display. Plus, full cutlery, plates, and branded tablecloths are included in every order. So yeah, the delivery fee is undoubtedly worth your peace of mind.

Which days/hours do you deliver?

Sunday through Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. On Fridays, we deliver from 7:00 AM until 2:00 PM.

Do you have gluten-free options?

Of course! We’re doing our best to indicate which recipes are gluten-free. Meanwhile, don’t be shy — give us a call!
